All great here on the good ship Q.  Great dinner at the TK w/ good new friends.  Wonderful amounts of revenue wine drank.  Go in to it and find that the experience exceeds expectations and you will be not be disappointed.  Every day on Seabourn is a great day, IMHO.

Capt. Golubev is from Ukraine, not Russia. Either way he is a great asset due to his ice navigation credentials.

Exactly true.  He was the Ice Captain when we sailed w/ you Markham to the White continent and Captain Larsen made the point he was very glad Captain Golubev had joined Seabourn and praised his talents.

 

And saminina, you get a choice how you want to receive the guest list: emailed, printed, or both,.

Ahhh yes, of course, I thought you meant in your suite.  Apologies.

 

They changed flowers a few cruises ago as I remember, not fresh ones any more but a display of silk ones.

We received flowers on our last SB cruise and we were in a lowly OB suite.  They were lovely.

I have NO idea why the flowers were placed in our suite.

I think - but not sure - that you get flowers in your suite when you have completed a certain number of days on Seabourn; certainly that is how it seemed to us, as we started to get a bouquet (once we had two) when we had attained a certain status - gold, or diamond, or something, can't remember.

Interesting.  We are Gold about to become Platinum, I shall look out for some flowers!
