FWIW, the Enclave (Royal/Regal) is more expensive than the Thermal Suite on the older ships.  It does have an indoor "therapy" pool, which the older ships don't have.  I have always used the TS on our 10-day or longer cruises, but skipped the Enclave the two times we were on the Royal as it didn't seem worth the much higher price.
