We will be sailing on the Divina in January.  Has anyone taken the Eco Cruise on Gantun Lake which includes a rainforest walk?   MSC is offering this as an excursion.  We have sailed through the Panama Canal so have no interest in seeing the locks.  We also considered the Panama City Tour from Colon.  However, it appears as though you spend a lot of time on the bus.  Your suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
