How to use TA freebies

We are booked for Oasis in mid-December, and have two cabins with our 3 adult children travelling along with us. Our travel agency gave us a dinner for 2 and a spa visit for each room. However, they only emailed us 1 voucher for each. There is no identifying number or bar code on either of these, so I'm wondering if the vouchers sent were purely ceremonial, and that Royal will just know that we have these. I'm wondering how we redeem/use these. I do not see it when I login to my Royal account, but do see them listed when I login to my TA account. I was considering pre-booking the dinner, but maybe I can't do this with this kind of a freebie. Any advice?

The TA has probably notified Royal that the bookings have the specific perks.  That is how it worked for us.  You will likely have to make reservations on board and I'll bet the spa visit must be done on a port day.  Go to the spa as soon as you board to make reservations.

Worked the same way for us.
Reservations knew about he dinner perk. We were on some "list".
For spa we had to print the email from TA and take, since they had no records.
