Celebrity does not have a Diamond Club that is Royal Caribbean.

George, there is no Diamond Club on Celebrity ships, just on Royal. Celebrity will handle your reciprocal status a little differently. If you haven't done so already, call Celebrity Captain's Club toll free number and have them sign you up as a reciprocal member.

On boarding there will be a letter in your room listing Elite events (Diamond reciprocal). 

 

If you look on the website  you will find a list of perks.

The Elite and above cocktail event is held from 5-7 PM in the Sky Lounge forward decl 14 every evening except embarkation day and the day of the Senior Officers' party.

You can go to any bar and get your drinks between 5-7:00.  If you go to the Sky Lounge, finger foods are served.  Your drinks are loaded each day on your card.
