We will be on the Adventure on Oct. 26th & 3 days ago we were notified that our credit card was compromissed & they issued us a new card. Our cruise is paid with our old card but where do I go once on board the ship to give them my new card number for any purchases on the ship or can that be taken care of at the check-in???

You can update your card when check in online before your cruise.

Forgot my card one time and used husbands when we checked in. No problem

If you miss changing it at check-in, you can always change it at Guest Services.

They will ask you what card you want to use when you check in.

Did you do your online check in already with the old card?  If so, you can update it there.

Or you can give them the new card when you check in at the pier.

Or you can give them the new card at Guest Services on board.  


The card you paid for the cruise with has no bearing on the card that your onboard purchases are charged to.  You have to actually designate a card either via online check-in through the Cruise Planner on Royal's website, or via pier check-in on the day of sailing.
