Harmony - Interior virtual cabin recommendation

We are looking at the Interior Virtual Cabins.

If you have stayed in one of these cabins, can you recommend one that is quiet?

I was looking at decks 8 or 9 but am concerned about noise from Dazzles.

Someone suggested cabin 11426.

Any input on that one?
