Harmony of the Seas - deck 9 cabin 9671?

We are thinking about booking cabin 9671 on the Harmony of the Seas.  It shows blank space in front and on the sides of this cabin.  Anyone know what it is?  I see Dazzles is right by it too.  Just wondered if this would be really noisy.  Hoping someone may have stayed in this cabin or maybe close to it.  Thanks :)

I see report after report that says Dazzles is not a noise issue for staterooms.

We stay on deck 8 most cruises on Oasis class ships and Dazzles is always right down the hall from us. We go there sometimes for a night cap. Not once have I ever heard noise. ENJOY!!

We booked 9275 for our cruise.  I'm hoping that rooms are accessible from Dazzles on the upper floor.  It would be super convenient to have a night cap at Dazzles then go right to our cabin.  I can't find any info on if they are.
