TA Transfer Window

Yes, 60 days.  You can forward your request to revenuesupportdepartment at princesss dot com, provide booking number, who you are requesting it to be transferred to, your number, address, and I have copied my TA.  Then Princess sends back the confirmation to your TA and copies you.  At least, that's what we did last time.
