It sounds like a mess. But something needs to be done...pickup/dropoff at LAX is a freakin' nightmare and takes forever. Doesn't matter if you drive, take a hotel shuttle, take a rental car shuttle, take a taxi/uber/lyft...it's horrible, awful, no good. But there really aren't many or any good solutions, since it's not like there is much of any open space to build new traffic options.

Have been told that World Way is the world's busiest cul-du-sac.  And I believe it every time I use it.

Unfortunately, flying out of there this afternoon to Rome. Each time it gets worse.

We just flew out/in from LAX (our home airport) Oct 3rd & Oct 23rd. We use Quick Park (offsite) valet parking and the shuttle there and the return pickup wasn't that bad...even with all the construction going on. Departing/Arrival flight times can make a big difference.
