We are sailing on the Oceania Insignia with a stop in Antigua on Dec. 13, 2019. We have arranged a "Jerk" cooking class at Nicole's Table. She has a max of 14 people and so far we are the only two. She will honor our reservation even it is only us two. She has good reviews. We always find it interesting to take a cooking class in different parts of the world. It is 3 hours long. So if going to the beach is not your ideal, give this a try as something a little different. If interested https://nicolestable.com/. We will have to take a cab to get there which we are happy to share, but they have been incredibly informative and provided follow up and driver directions.

jedm49,

you will LOVE Nicole's Table! Hubby and I went there January 30, 2019 and we were the only people doing her "Cooking with Rum" class (there while in port from cruise) and we are returning in early January 2020 to spend 8 nights there in their AirBnB and cook some more! And we will be checking out the island too! Can't wait!!!
