KazAllen Posted November 4, 2019 #1 Share Posted November 4, 2019 When in NZ in February, 2019 we had some lunch at a Fish & Chip place in either Tauranga or Bay of Islands and it was lovely, was just a small café type place in the main street with only a couple of tables outside and right near a pub with a beer garden. Can anyone help me out with a name of which place it might have been? Thanks.

You might even be able to see the cafe name.
Kiwi Kruzer Posted November 5, 2019 #4 Share Posted November 5, 2019 If it was in a Main Street with a pub next door , it sounds as if it could be at Mount Maunganui , the port for Tauranga .
Rare OzKiwiJJ Posted November 5, 2019 #5 Share Posted November 5, 2019 This one? If so, it's in Mt Maunganui, next to the Astrolab Brewbar (which fooled me for a while because I couldn't remember the beer garden bit).
