Miami - Holiday Inn Express Hialeah - frank opinion?

I can't find the hotel mentioned on here, but they have a deal for $80+tax on 3/31, for a stay pre-cruise. Tripadvisor reviews seem to suggest it's an ok hotel for budget minded travelers...

 

only thing is the rate is non-refundable...so while I'd like to book something cheap and keep trying on Priceline, I can't do that with this, nor do I know if it's really worth the $80 ($98 or so incl. taxes).

 

has anyone else stayed there?
