Drinks on us pkg

Drinks on us pkg is only on the US. It is not replaced by Easy! 

Very restrictive. This was just printed out by Guest Relations on Seaside.

I just asked about the easy package they said the 15% gratuities is included with each drink.

I find it funny that you get a much larger selection of beers with drinks on us vs. Easy.

Old package they are trying to get rid of. I thoight the same thing especially on beer.

That's correct. It's an old package, still grandfathered in. None of the old packages that you had at time of booking, or bought before the change in November 2018, were replaced by the new ones. They were all grandfathered in.

That us correct. The only package that had a 15% service charge on drinks under the package was Drinks On Us. Which is a totally different package from Easy. 

You'll pay/be charged nothing extra for drinks covered under Easy package

We had this package and yes we paid the gratuities, which did get annoying/old after a bit.

Yes because of the restrictions we upgraded to the Premium package for our upcoming 7 day on the Meraviglia for about $190 per person.  We called MSC and told them we wanted to upgrade the package and we were only charged the difference.  

 

Here's what Premium includes:

• Including all Easy Package drinks plus: 
• Draught and bottled beers 
• Wider selection of wines by the glass (sparkling, white-red-rosè)
• Wider selection of cocktails
• All Aperitifs (cordials and liqueurs)
• All Standard and Premium spirits
• Fresh fruit & vegetables cocktails
• Can be consumed in all onboard bars as well as the self-service buffet and restaurants, including speciality restaurants.
