How early a flight from FLL

Can I make an 11:15 am flight from ft. Lauderdale from the carnival magic? We are supposed to dock at 8am

Yes.

PE to FLL is a 10-15 minute cab it Uber ride.  For an 1115 flight you need to be at the airport by about 9:45, and earlier is better.  As long as you are off the ship with bags and clear of customs and immigration by about 9:00 you should be fine.

I would do self assist.  You can also let them know you have an early flight and get priority off the ship. Don't risk traditional disembark or it may be stressful.  Do self assist and you can very easily make the flight.
