Boarding Times?

we are travelling on Eclipse next week with several family members.

Received an email from Celebrity saying that each deck should board at different times

our time is 2 hours before the rest of the family

how strict are they on this?  I presume no problem going later, but probably not ok for the others to board earlier with us?

 

what hours are buffet and MDR open for lunch?  some of the family has a boarding time of 3:00 and that seems late to wait for lunch.

We have always ignored the (suggested?) designated time and shown up at an early boarding time (arrive around 10:30, board around 11:00) - so far, we have never had a problem.

Can board whenever. Lunch in Oceanview starts at 1130am. Mast grill also at 1130am. Have a great cruise.

We always get to the port at 10:30-11:00AM and ignore what it says. We've never had so much as a raised eyebrow. You and your family can go together without a problem. Have a wonderful time.

Show up together when you ready to get there.  I've never been forced to wait because I didn't follow their suggested arrival time.

AS stated, show up for boarding whenever....  They give the suggested boarding times to try to avoid overcrowding, but they are only suggested times.  They will not turn anyone away if they board before their suggested time.  Enjoy your cruise

MDR is not open for lunch unless you are B2B or CC class . They are given an invitation when they board for admission
