Booking through agent

Recommended Posts

Hi folks

We have booked a cruise through our agent and the only links I have been sent are the one to enter our API and flight seats and the one to book shore excursions.  Can someone please tell me how we get our boarding passes etc and how we can request a double bed configuration?

Thanks in advance.

I book through a TA and have just received my e-ticket via email. I have completed the API online and can check in online at the appropriate time, then print the airline boarding passes. You don't need to print the passes. Your credit card sized ship boarding passes will be given to you during the cruise check in process, either at the airport or the ship.

Don't worry about the bed configuration, if it is wrong just ask the steward to change it.. My experience is they are normally set up as doubles.
