Please tell Angela that I like her Tasmania hairdo.

It is very flattering.

Thank you for bringing us along on another adventure.

The upgrade fairy visited us and we received an upgrade to an ocean view cabin.  We are now in 2673.  There was no advance notice, just a bunch of rigamarole at the gangway and the front desk.

First blush impressions are that the ship was recently refreshed.  It now has Billboard on Board (dueling pianos) and Lincoln Center.  Our bathroom was completely refreshed and looks like those on the KD and NS.  The Lido market has a complete facelift.  Great menu selections this first night. Lots of carpet replacement.  I'll make more observations in the coming days.

Here's a photo of the sail away with the Zuiderdam in the background.

The string quartet performing at the Lincoln Center Stage have been excellent and the venue packed.

Thank you for sharing this trip with us, too. I was not disciplined enough to share my recent cruise via a daily update, so I applaud your efforts!

It's actually a quintet.

Tonight's entertainment was the One Step dance company performing Humanity which we saw on the large NS stage on its inaugural cruise.  IMHO, it works much better on this smaller stage and the new stage LED lights are terrific.

We will be following you on this cruise as we are boarding the Volendam on Jan 5 for the Grand South America.

One question - has the TV system been upgraded with the on demand movies like the newer ships?

How is Ian performing in his new role? We liked him as an EXC guide on Eurodam, where he paired with JC, the cruise director.

Ok after 3 days.  I'll reserve full opinion until more time has passed.

We visited St. Lucia and the Diamond Botanical Gardens & Waterfall today.  Pretty with twisty narrow roads and great vistas.
