Cheese tray and wine

Wine is a Wolf Blass from South Australia. Average wine. Retail price around $ 9.00. Dark fruit, plum.

Only you can decide if the cheese tray is worth the remaining charge.

I would rather spend the money on two glasses of Caymus.

(Yes, I do sell wine for a living)

Thank you for your input.  I know the wine isn’t worth what they are charging.  The tray is hard to judge because I only have a picture.  Never seen it otherwise.  Just the tray is $25. I’m looking to have it delivered to my daughter and her husband’s cabin next week.  I would like to send them something.

Tropical flowers are nice, but they can bring them on themselves. Cost is a lot less for nicer flowers. They just can't take them off of the ship. I would say give them obc and they can buy some wine if they want and make a cheese and meat tray from the Windjammer.

They are also allowed to take 2 bottles of wine or champagne on board at the embarkation port only and it must be packed in their carry on luggage or purse/bag. Buy them some nice wine and let them take it on board. I know it's not the same as having it waiting in their room for them.

Has anyone ever ordered the cheese tray and bottle of wine on the RCL website for their cabin or as a gift for a cruiser?  If so what was it like?  The pictures make the tray look skimpy and not sure about the wine.

the cheese tray is hit or miss.   sometimes its quite nice and other times it is just plain skimpy.  but the strawberries plate is pretty consistent we find.   6-8 decently plump berries.
