The Krazy Lobster reservations

We made reservations for the Krazy Lobster for Dec. 12, but I haven't heard back from them yet.  I made these reservations back in October. Is this this normal for them?  I don't want to show up and be turned away because I don't have a confirmation letter.

We heard great things about this beach club, and want to be able to enjoy it ourselves.

Should I make alternate plans?

Do you know  how many ships are in port that day?

If only 1 or 2 you're probably ok as a walk on.

The website for Krazy Lobster seems to be down. I thought it was PAYG and wasn’t aware you needed,or in fact could, make reservations. 
 

There are a few reports on TripAdvisor about “issues” with the charges. Has anyone who has actually been had any problems? Also the only umbrellas seem to be over table and chairs - is there any shade for loungers? Will they bring an umbrella for shade?
