Aruba at 4 pm

We will overnight in Aruba at the end of January.  The first day we can get off the boat at 4.  Looking for suggestions for that time.  Is there a beach close to the cruise port?  Or another activity that someone could recommend?

Palm Beach will have nightlife and plenty of bars/venues to eat at.  Local bus will get you there and cheap & easy to use.  Not sure of how late they run but there are taxis as well shouldn’t be too expensive.

We took a taxi to Gilligans at the Radisson (now Hilton) and that was good

with a band playing.  The taxi was only $10 for two.
