You have to be more specific regarding the port and location of the parking lot. But basically all shuttle drivers drop you and your luggage with the porters at the pier. You then walk into the terminal for check in. Remember you have to print your luggage tags from the cruise personlizer and attach them to each piece of checked luggage.

On disembarkation you have some choices. You can choose early walk off where you wheel all your own luggage off the ship, or you can place your luggage in the hall outside your cabin the evening before and pick it up in the terminal.

Hi,

Doesn't the web site where you booked the parking have a map or directions to where you should go?

Most of the time parking is not owned by the cruise company but is a separate company so it doesn't matter which cruise line you are using. The services offered by the parking lot company should be the same.

This other thread may answer your question:

For those who are disabled, you stop right outside the terminal and porters will take your luggage straight away. A valet will then take your car so you can check in. On your return (or at least this is how we did it) the driver can collect the car and drive round to load up.

The first time we did it (my wife is in a wheelchair), we made the mistake of having too much hand baggage, including a garment bag. The porters won't take those, so be sure that you pack as much as you can into your main cases and just have a smaller bag with essentials. It's not like entrusting everything to the tender mercies of an airline.

We also found that disabled passengers get priority which was very welcome.
