I thought they would charge for the distilled water.  I cruise Hal allot and they charge

Yes to that also.   You should contact the Special Needs Department and fill in a request.   They are quick and efficient.

I request when booking cruise they are both in room when I arrive.

Yes about providing the water, and they will tape down the extension cord for you if it is necessary.
