Funny, I had not been able to log IN !!  I called Regent and they are having technical difficulties since a few weeks ago.  My TA was able to work with them on my problem (re-setting a password) and then I logged in.  I suggest a call to Regent and ask customer service to connect you with the IT department.  Hope you get it resolved soon.
