Private Tour Guide - Singapore

My wife & I are booked in Jan on Seabourn Ovation for a Singapore to Hong Kong cruise. We will be arriving in Singapore a few days before the cruise departs. Can anyone recommend a tour guide that can give us a private (i.e. no bus tours) tour in Singapore? Thanks....

Again tours by local orvget a cab from hotel,and go spend hours in the gardens and the museum

Just a little heads up. We were there for 4 days in January and didn't see it all!, so if you find a guide, think about the sort of things you would like to see. Having said that, Singapore is really easy (and cheap) to get around on the metro, so you could do a bit of research and plan your own 'tour'. Also, please bear in mind the climate. It is oppresively hot and humid in the afternoon. We went out about 9, got back to hotel about 1 and either chilled in the A/c or in the shade by the pool. Out again at 5 to find dinner and back late evening. Just trying to help with your planning!
