VC Points

I have searched but cannot find the answer.  Where would I look to find my Voyagers Club points total?  Thanks in advance.

Not sure if your site is same as US, but on US site, login, go to your name, profile and then on left side way at the bottom is the VC area if you click on that.

I have done that as I am on the US site.  When I click on the VC area it asks me to login or join.  When I put my VC number in it says that that number is already linked to another account.  Any suggestions.

Maybe this will work. Try the following:

log out

log in with email and password 

(if log in works) click on your name and drop down box “profile”

then click on VC area near bottom of left column

Let me try my steps again. Give me a minute.

I log in with an email address and password (not cruise confirmation #) and the steps work for me. For my husband I do the same and it works. We were on Mera two weeks ago and points already added. Not sure what else to suggest.

No it does not.

So somehow you have to get your VC number added to your Profile. Not sure how we did that, it’s been a few years.

My profile shows personal information, contact info and address info all filled in.  In personal, first and last name are listed as well as dob and nationality but no VC

Just your first name...no middle name?  Having same issue with my wife’s account that I set up. But profile shows her middle name with first name. I never supplied that info when setting it up. And I get the same reply as you did when trying to enter her VC #.

No middle name and not VC points.

I would suggest you do as I did. Send them an email. mscvoyagersclub@mscusa.com

And explain your issue. And hope that you hear back from them before you stop cruising.
