Is Mahogany Bay just for Carnival passangers?

I'm going to Roatan in March 2020 with RCI. Only my second cruise, I was reading some things about Mahogony Bay and I was wondering if it was just for Carnival. And if not, how far from the RCI port? Also what are some other excursions I should think about. I'm mid 30s female, going with my cousin. It will also be my birthday that day!

Yes. Only for cruisers on ships docked at Mahogany Bay. 

To get on to the beach or take the chair lift, you need to show your ship id.
