Voyagers club

Recommended Posts

I am trying to book our 4th MSC cruise and the website keeps telling me our Voyagers Club numbers don't match the names. We were status matched to Black in 2016 and have done 1 cruise a year since then so we should still be good for the Voyagers Club perks.  The website sends me to my status and it says "status: Welcome" 0 points. Has there been a change I'm not aware of or is this just typical MSC website problems? Do I need to call in?

MSC's system is very picky about the names, they must match perfectly.  If your Voyagers membership used a middle name it is usually placed as a second part of your first name because MSC doesn't have a separate place for middle names.  The same goes for any suffix you may have used, they go as part of the last name.  You may need to look exactly how the name is written for Voyagers Club then have the name on the booking changed to match it exactly.

That's how mine is listed, spelling out my first and second names under first name.
