GS on Oasis~Deck 14 vs. 6

Given that choice, though I also prefer a higher deck than six...I would still take six.  Noise overhead from pool deck, being on deck 14, would drive me nuts.  Best decks...IMHO...11 and 12.  Boarding sister ship Harmony tomorrow with GS cabin on 12.

I posed this same question in another board. I prefer deck 6, because I love being close to the water while under way. Lifeboats are not an issue on Oasis. My concern was being to close to boardwalk, promenade,  traffic. When I posed this question on the other site, everyone with experience recommended deck 6.  That said I went with a Loft suite on deck 17

Deck 7 is fine unless you are using the aft elevators.  You can’t cross from one side of the ship to the other due to the two story entrance to the Boardwalk.

Avoid Deck 7 at all costs, but 14 is worse😉

You have to remember which side your on.
