A bit of perspective...

Just a thought for the poor people, both cruise line passengers, other civilians and rescue workers involved in the White Island catastrophe where many seem to have lost their lives. 

I believe it was passengers on Ovation of the Seas that were on excursions that have been affected with some losing their life. 

Our prayers are with all those involved. 

Not undermining the troubles concerning bad weather and broken down ships, but at least everyone is safe.

Agree, absolutely awful for everyone concerned, but it does beg the question that this is an active volcano, last erupted in 2016 and there were warnings.  Why were people allowed to be walking in the rim - it can't be safe.
