mickey89 Posted December 9, 2019 Author #4 Share Posted December 9, 2019 (edited) Thanks for quick response. I was sceptical when US travel agent told me that as in the U.K. we only pay one deposit - £300 for B2B cruise with two separate booking numbers. TeaBag Posted December 9, 2019 #5 Share Posted December 9, 2019 I don't know if this applies in the UK, but here in North America we get $100 B2B discount for each leg if the cruise is 14 days and $50 if it is 7 days. You might ask about that.

Strange you say that, I spoke to Celebrity U.K. today, one said I would receive £32 discount for the first 9nt. and £64 for the second 12nt. then I spoke to another person later and he stated the discount was £100 off each cruise. Left hand right hand........!
TeaBag Posted December 9, 2019 #7 Share Posted December 9, 2019 Well, I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get the higher discount! 😀 Every little bit helps.
wrk2cruise Posted December 9, 2019 #8 Share Posted December 9, 2019 The break point between $50 and $100 b2b discount is 10 nights. I believe your original quote was correct.
mickey89 Posted December 9, 2019 Author #9 Share Posted December 9, 2019 Confusion often revolves around B2B discount. It is rather shameful that Celebrity don’t openly publish the discount as I am sure some passengers fail to realise this benefit. Regional pricing is another problem that lead me to ask about single or double deposit as the US price for the B2B cruise was significantly better. So will book via the US tomorrow, pay the double deposit knowing that it is refundable unlike the U.K. offer.
varoo Posted December 9, 2019 #10 Share Posted December 9, 2019 But much lower deposit if you book on board -- (for any cruise, not just B2B).

mickey89 Posted December 10, 2019 Author #14 Share Posted December 10, 2019 (edited) Thanks for posting must be a recent change, $200 non-refundable deposit per cruise is not bad. Edited December 10, 2019 by mickey89
