Tram Tour for 1st timers

During February we will be in Grand Turk for the 1st time.  I am thinking about taking a tram tour to see some of the Island.  Do they offer tours off the ship or should we use the ship sponsored tour?

We took a taxi into town and walked around-went to the museum.

Then we took another taxi back to the cruise port and saw most

of the island.

I think this taxi company has gone out of business, tried to go on the website and it doesn't show prices or really work
