I noticed that when I looked at my OceanReady App, that it now only shows my info and not my wife's.

 

It use to show both of our pics and pass...now only mine.

 

Any ideas?

At 179 days out, OceanReady shows both my info and my DW's info.

 

Interestingly, though, it shows us both as "Personalizer INCOMPLETE" although Personalizer itself shows both of us as "complete".  Glad there's no lives depending upon that software.  🙄

In my experience the app does not show personalizer complete until you make final payment. They probably could explain that better.
