Regal L106/ L105 Configuration

We are considering changing to an aft cabin on the Regal.

Currently, we are in L106 and it appears that the interior of the cabin

on the Princess website differs vastly from what I saw on YouTube

of someone who has stayed there. The YouTube video shows the sofa

directly across from the ends of two twin beds. (On the 

Princess website, it says that some twins in these cabins may not be converted

to a queen, which we would want).

 

The Princess website shows a nicer configuration with the bed separated

from the sofa which is closer to the sliding door.

 

So, who has been in one of these on the Regal? These cabins are different than

on the Emerald, etc.

We switched from that cabin to a regular mini.  Although these cabins are a but wider than the normal mini, the couch is partly across from the bed so it seemed cramped to us.

These should not be in the MF category since they do not have the curtain separating the sitting area from the bed and they are obstructed view.  The obstructed view deluxe balcony cabins are in a category by themselves and these should be also.

I realize that and agree. However, Princess has designated them as such. We changed our cabin

to our favorite aft D4 category.

I was in this cabin for the 10/31-11/10 repositioning cruise. I've tried to link to a thread where I posted pictures. Stargazing was great. Hope this helps.
