TOURS TO EITHER PHANG TRG OR PHI PHI

we (2 aduts) are arriving on NCL 1 March 2020 assuming we are docking Patong Beach.  However we dock at 8am via tender and this is my problem.  Most excursions start early 7ish and NCL do one however we like exploring on our own but finding companies like KLOOK and Viator only have tours that start early.  I have also tried local speedboat companies but they are expensive.  I appreciate that it is a long drive from port to the pier for the excursion to Phang Trg bbut is there anyone that can do the tour at say 9am?   Your help would be appreciated.
