Port time 6:00am-2:00pm What to do 20 people

I will be on the NCL Encore in March and they changed the port time to 6:00am to 2:00pm. I have 20 people in my group with half teenagers so I will not be getting off the ship till 9:00am. Looking for suggestions for a group of 20 for about 4 hours. My group are beach and water people.

Yes very limited time, the easiest option would be just to hop safari taxis going to Cane Garden Bay which is a larger bay with several restaurants and lounge & umbrella rentals as well as public restrooms. Your group can enjoy the 20 min ride there in different taxis, fare is ~$8/pp each way.

For a little more to share among your group that evening, I would suggest splitting into smaller groups, some going to CGB, some to Brewers Bay, and some to Long Bay, Beef Island. Taxis return to these beaches to pick you up...Taxi fare to Brewers (one beach bar), is also ~$8/pp, Long Bay, Beef (reportedly facilities and food/drinks now) is ~$12/pp...
