Has anyone done the Cozumel Street Art Tour?

Hi. I'm looking for feedback, comments, etc., on the Coz Street Art Tour. No reviews yet on Trip Advisor (https://www.tripadvisor.com/AttractionProductReview-g150809-d17797191-Cozumel_Street_Art_Tour-Cozumel_Yucatan_Peninsula.html)

Other questions:

* Sailing out of Florida in January. If a local tour starts at 9 am, am I correct that that is 10 am ship time? 

* Distance / cab fare from Carnival port to downtown? I seem to recall it's about a mile, but been a while since I've been there...

Haven't done the tour. Guessing with a good guide it could be a nice way to see San Miguel. 

Puerta Maya pier is 3 miles from downtown.  10-15 min taxi $8 for 1-4 people .

I haven't done heard of this tour so don’t know what is included but I had noticed some of the downtown murals and didn’t realize they were part of a larger project in 2015. 
 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention - will check out further on a land vacation next year. You peaked my interest and I did some research.

Cozumel is on EST year round.

 

Puerta Maya (main Carnival pier)  is about 3 miles from town. Some smaller ships dock in town.

yes if sailing from Florida and Captain doesn’t change ship time for any reason you should be on same time in January.

 

Hopefully between the map in the first link and the “ivebeenbit” blog you should be able to form a tour if you decide to DIY.
 

I think taking the tour could be good if you aren’t familiar with the area and give you some background information.
