Do all NCL ships throw the White Hot (theme) Party?

No, though some have a different event in place of it.  For example - the Bliss has Caliente.

Are you referring to any particular ship?  As I noted - it seems some ships name the party differently.  In fact, there were some "glow" elements handed out for Caliente on Bliss but I don't recall exactly what they were.

We just got off the Spirit and was told that when it come out of dry dock it will be going to The Glow Party instead of white night.

The parties used to be more fun. Now, the CD's staff gets dressed in white and dances around. The quality depends on the ship. Some are great fun while others are tired duds.

Glow party at Spice H20 on the Escape. You still wear white.

We did the Jade, Dawn, Pearl and 5 trips on the Sky this year and think all were the glow party.  Don't remember the crew wearing the Hot White tee's like they always did.

No. The White Hot party has been discontinued on most (If not all) ships. The angels have retired their wings. The Glow Party replaces it on most ships.
