Culinary Arts classes

How much you eat (or drink) is up to you.  I don't like to eat outside of meal times as a rule but I do like to taste what I am making so I just eat a forkful or less  You could see the class as an early lunch and then go off on your excursion.  Just remember you will be on your feet for the 2 hours of the class.  If your excursion is then walking, or predominantly walking,  you might not like this.

You can also tell the teacher you will have to leave early.  That isn't a problem either...

OK, thanks again for all the input. I guess I'd prefer to take one of the classes on a sea day, but the only ones available start at 4pm and we already have 6:30 specialty restaurant reservations on both  our sea days.  Decisions, decisions!
