Suite Perks?

Recommended Posts

This has probably been answered before, but I can't seem to find it. Does Royal Caribbean have perks included if we were to ever book a suite? (Such as Celebrity has their 4 perks included: Deluxe Bev. Pkg, Grats, WiFi and OBC with their suites). Thanks!

Depends on the ship and suite category.

Only time we have had anything included was Star Class.  We are in the 4 bedroom family suite on Liberty and we have gotten nothing but a chance to get on early.

None of this on Liberty🤔

Suite Lounge

Breakfast in Chops

Preferred seating at shows

Opportunity for bridge, galley, theater tours

Suite party

Priority tendering

Express departure

Treats delivered to stateroom

Evian water upon arrival (RS might get champagne as well)

Upgraded toiletries

Seems odd

Ah heck, no free wi-fi on non-Oasis class?  I was counting on that next year 🤔

See post #2 for a link to suite perks on non-Oasis/Quantum class ships.

Yeah, I was reading through that.  Hoping it was a misprint or one of those things that mysteriously happen anyway 😁

Some people don't click on links😉

See how it doesn't display very well on my fairly large S9+

Definitely prefer celebrity suite perks although 4 perks are not always included, all there ships have a suite restaurant and much prefer there lounge which has free drinks all day and not just beer and cheap wine like rccl.

Sorry, it's not Quantum or Oasis, it's a Voyager Class (Navigator).

We sailed on the Liberty of the Seas this Summer. The suite perks there were identical to what they were on the Navigator when we sailed her. I have the full breakdown here, but I generally enjoyed the suite experience. When we tendered in Grand Cayman it was particularly nice to have the concierge escort us off, and I really like the suite lounge as a space.

Knowing what is not included in Liberty we are bummed we did not research more and book an A1 or A2 on an Oasis class.  We wanted to go to Rotan to the monkey farm and picked Liberty.  Knowing what we know now I would never sail on a non Star Class ship.  It has been more expensive to sail Liberty, because of what is included in Star, than in Star Class.  Lesson learned.  Have heard many good things about the concierge on Liberty and maybe he will be there when we board in March.  Not sure about what else to expect.

One of the things I really prefer on voyager and freedom class over the oasis class is pool seating. Surprised rccl does not add a suite pool like newer celebrity and msc yacht club has , really enjoyed it on msc last month.

The suite concierge was Nadja when we were on in Oct.  She is a truly good host and makes all her guests feel welcome. The diamond concierge was MJ and he is also very good.  First night of the cruise he stood at the door making sure everyone that came in was d or higher.  I have never seen a concierge personally do this the whole time happy hour was there.

You will have a great time on Liberty.  Ride the slide that has the tubes for doubles, my son and I loved that one.  We also did the monkey tour through Victor Bodden.  The port is going through improvements and the exit is now to the far left because of construction.  Make sure you get off early as we could only hold the sloths early in the day.

I did not remember anything since I have not sailed in just a suite.  I was reading your post, John&LaLa, and saw what you listed  what I thought you did not get in a regular suite.  Since we started cruising again in Sept. 2016 we have only stayed in a Star suite.  I know, we are snobs but do enjoy the personalized service.  We will become diamond on the second night of Liberty and know you cannot get upgraded to the free drinks during happy hour but we will sure try.  I am just amazed at how much people pay for the extra's like drink package, dining package and when comparing prices it would be cheaper to go in Star Class.  And we even just got the refreshment package and 3 night dining.  It doesn't take long to up your cost.  We are looking forward to Liberty and seeing a different side of the suite experience.  We are getting close and getting excited.  We look forward to getting the email from the concierge just before we leave.

I thought Liberty did lunch in Giovanni's

do not remember lunch a part of suites. We always had the UDP on liberty cruises (no CK) so lunch was where ever on Sea days. breakfast was in Chops last year (September) for suite guest
