Back-to-Back Cruises - Downsides?

We did that 14 day Circle Caribbean in 2018. Great cruise. It was tiring for us as it's pretty port intensive but a very enjoyable cruise. (Wish I could get that Foursquare rum hear at home. Especially at the Barbados prices!) We were surprised it didn't include Princess Cays. It's the only Caribbean cruise we have done so far and thought we should visit there at least once even though some don't care for the place. From what I've seen online it looks to me like it beats the heck out of $2 Beach (actually $5) on Pago Pago.
