How late are the shops open?

We're sailing on the Regal Princess in a few weeks and I was planning on taking a taxi to Chankanaab National Park when we dock at 10am. Our ship is in port until 10pm. How late do the shops stay open around the terminal? Since it's our last port of the trip I know I'll want to do some serious shopping. I'm hoping I can do both Chankanaab and shop at the end of the day.

I used to work at the International Pier and I always remained open until all ships left. Most shops will stay open until the last ship departs.

And I think Chank closes around 5 Coz time.  As I recall, Regal Princess is most likely to dock at Puerta Maya.

 

Shops will stay open til ships depart.  What you might miss is the smaller kiosks in the Plaza downtown.  But just about everything you'll want to look for is in Puerta Maya's shopping area, including Cinco Soles.
