Anything to do close to Shanghai Wusongkou Port?

Our ship doesn't dock until 6:00pm at Wusongkou and am wondering if there is anything near the port to do, or is it even safe to be out at night?  The one hour ride into Shanghai to do a night river boat ride or bar hop doesn't sound feasible since we have a 6:00am excursion the next morning.  Thanks!

You are docking at a big dusty, dirty, busy commercial port with berths for large cruise ships.

There is really nothing of interest to see or do there.

Not dangerous - except the possibility of being run over by a forklift.

 

Transport to the Bund takes about 25 minutes and costs just a few dollars.

Agree. Just there this past November. Head up to Sir Elly's bar at the Peninsula Hotel for some magical viewing. My favorite hotel brand in Asia.
