Cruise terminal rental cars

I can't believe I have to ask this question, but the Aruba.com and Aruba rental car websites are very vague or contradictory. Does anyone know, specifically, what rental car agencies operate out of the Aruba Cruise terminal area? Google maps shows a large rental car lot at the port, so there has to be somebody.

I know as soon as you walk out of port you get bombarded. Ill be in aruba in a couple of weeks and will post which companies were there. I remember Jay's and Hertz for some reason.
