Bill on TV?

my daughter is currently on a cruise. She wants to get a detailed copy of her bill. I told her there has to be access on the TV screen. She says there is not. I think she is wrong.

 

It has been years since I've been on a carnival Cruise can someone let me know if she can access her bill on the TV and if she can how does she do it.

 

I know she can go down a guest services but she has no voice and is absolutely exhausted from today.

Haven't seen for awhile. There are kiosk several places now. Easy to do.

I remember being able to access my account on the TV, but the past few cruises we logged on to our account with the Carnival App on our phone. I think there may be kiosks on one of the decks where she can look at her account.

We were just on The vista in September and yes we could see our bill. I don't remember the exact steps but it's a menu option and then you put the number from your sail and sign card in. I'm sure someone may have a better explanation. So sorry to hear she is still sick.

She feels so much better but her energy level isn't back to normal yet!  She spent all day atbe beach and did a little shopping.  She has a minor in ASL, as does one of her friends, so she is able to communicate without killing her voice anymore.

Not all ships have the ability to view your folio on the in cabin TV.

If she has the Carnival Hub App, she can check her account balance, and list of charges, from her smart phone.

The TV won't give her a copy of her charges. 😉

She can get it on the Carnival Hub if she puts it on her phone. It costs nothing

If she wants a paper copy, she can go to Guest Services or they can be printed directly from one of the kiosks, which would probably be quicker. Last month on Valor, our steward left us a paper copy on our last night. That's the first time we've gotten that.

You can't save a copy from the TV even if you can see it on that particular ship.  However, you can save a pdf copy to your phone from the HUB app.  It is so much easier than waiting in line for a kiosk.
