How far is Mambo beachfrom cruise port?

We would like to spend some time exploring Willemstadand then a few hours on the beach.  Can anyone tell me how far Mambo beach is from port?  Can you walk there?  Taxi or which bus?

Punda is where you want to explore. 

You will need to take either the local bus or a taxi to Mambo beach, it is not walkable from the port area.
