What is the best time of year to do a Panama Canal cruise?

If I were going to choose a time of year to cruise the Canal based on weather alone, I would consider January on towards the end of February as the best.  The primary reasons are the Dry Season is firmly established, humidity is about as good as it will ever get and there usually is a pleasant breeze out of the north.  However let me add, the differences are not that huge and I really would only use my choice on weather as a tie breaker.
