Limelight Club Entertainers

Hi all, now I have seen many posts on here regarding the "Limelight Club" outlining many individual artists. However I cannot recollect seeing or have discovered a comprehensive list of artists who have ever appeared in the Club. Perhaps it would be generally helpful and informative if posters could add to the limited list that i am aware of. I`m sure there are many more than:-

1     Gareth Gates

2      Kiki Dee

3      Michael Stark

4      4 Poofs and a Piano

5      Claire Sweeney

6      Ben Richards

Saw Eric and Ern last year and really enjoyed them; brought back the highlights of their TV shows in the 70s! I spoke to people younger than I who never really saw the old shows and they found them entertaining in their own right. Well worth the extra charge I thought.

Thanks, I have been trying to see who was playing on my next cruise.  So I have a choice of 4 Poofs and a Piano or Faye Tozer from Steps.

Thanks for that, I’ve been waiting for my CP to work so I can see my acts. As I’m only on a 2 nighter don’t think I’ll bother as there might be other entertainment I don’t want to miss. We did really enjoy the Limelight when we went before.

Have heard mixed reviews about Claire Sweeney, so not sure we will bother... Although we really like the Limelight, so might go just to break up the 'norm'...

We are on the same mini break and the following cruise.  Have decided to wait till on board and see what we would be missing by being in the Limelight.

We decided we would give the Limelight Club a go on our upcoming Britannia cruise. One of the acts listed was Suzanne Shaw, I clicked on the option to get more info and Chesney  Hawkes came up! We settled for Gareth Gates as it does look like it will be him  appearing.

Yes I was going to do that but as I’m only on the mini and I’m not bothered about Jake we’ll probably give it a miss this time.

We saw Jackie Graham the first time we went to LImelight. We also saw Dean Andrews, both were good. Can't get excited about the current acts though.

I don't think that I would rush to see any of the artists on the current list, we did see Jaki Graham on Britannia and she was good.  I remember the good old days when P&O used to occasionally have the likes of Katherine Jenkins and Michael Ball both were excellent but I suppose in real terms the cost of the cruises is a less now so the fees of people like this are too much.
