Civitavecchia Hotels

I am traveling in October on the new Enchanted Princess and have been looking at the hotels in Civitavecchia for a precruise stay.  The one I'm interested in is the Port View Guest House.  Has anyone stayed there recently?  Any suggestions for a hotel for someone who has mobility problems and can't climb stairs?

Yes, we’ve looked on trip advisor and I see the ratings, but sometimes the ratings don’t match.  I just wanted to see some of cruise critic opinions and to see if anyone has actually stayed at that particular hotel.  Besides TripAdvisor doesn’t specify handicap accessible.
