Does Australia have the equivalent of our Dollar Tree?

What is the least expensive way to get to the top of Sky Tower? Have read some reviews that the food is horrible and quite expensive

Yes, every shopping centre has one, but not a $1, closer to $3.

You don't have to to the sky tower restaurant, there is an observation deck. Depending on what else you're planning on doing around Sydney ypou might want to get a combination ticket. https://www.sydneytowereye.com.au/tickets/

There are some stores called the 'Reject Shop'  and another called the 'Dollar shop'.

For Sydney CBD there is the 'Dollar King' 6A/644 George St, and 'Daiso' Regent Place Lot 1, 1, 501 George St, and Shop 9/5 Hunter St.
